MGM Resorts and BetMGM Team Up for Responsible Gaming Campaign at NFL Stadiums

In the hype of this National Football League season, many casinos come in peak with its popularity. As a way to keep tabs with the player’s gameplay, MGM Resorts and BetMGM have launched a Responsible Gaming Campaign. In every NFL stadium across the United States players will see multiple responsible gambling promotions. 

The campaign aims to promote responsible gaming harder in this season. It is a way to raise awareness about the potential risks of gambling.

How to be a responsible player this NFL season?

As part of the campaign, BetMGM will host live-experience fireside chats provided by EPIC Risk Management. In that way, once you reach out for help any of their team will attend you in real time. They offer tips on gambling harm and minimization consultancy.

Among the features you can expect are the insights into the real-life experiences of individuals. They provide consultation to those players with their experiences of their struggles with problem gambling and the impact it has had on their lives.

In addition to the fireside chats, MGM Resorts will also encourage participation in many responsible gambling features  like the following: 

  • Surveys, 
  • Highlight leadership perspectives,
  • Feature public service messages on property screens 
  • and Las Vegas marquees to promote responsible gaming. 

These efforts are aimed at educating customers and guests about the importance of responsible gambling practices.

MGM Resorts and BetMGM’s dedication to new responsible gambling tech

MGM Resorts‘ casino floors will also feature slot machines. Every slot will be displaying GameSense messaging with QR codes for access to responsible gaming information. This will allow them to easily access resources and information about responsible gambling while they are on the casino floor.

Furthermore, MGM Resorts and BetMGM have partnered with the American Gaming Association. In this partnership they promote Responsible Gaming Education Month in September. MGM Resorts and BetMGM are also dedicating over $1 million annually to fund responsible gaming and problem gambling initiatives. This includes funding for research, advocacy, prevention, marketing, and organisational support.
